Dr. Papp offers her professional consultation regarding your horse or pet's condition, to allow you a second opinion and ideas of additional courses of treatment that may be out there. She researches and stays up to date with the latest in treatment for horses and pets, with numerous surgeon and clinical colleagues she can discuss matters with. Due to the high demand of inquiries she receives every day, we have set up this page to direct those looking for advice. Once you have submitted your forms and payment, Dr. Papp

Fee may increase depending on time dedicated to a case, and will be discussed if case will be over $100 for the consult. |
What Does The Consultation Cost and Include?
A consultation fee of $100 includes Dr. Papp's initial review of your provided information and any available diagnostics, and a follow up with her professional opinion of options, other treatments or directions you could take, and/or referrals to other Veterinarian's and clinics that may be able to help. You will need to provide a summary of the issue, what has/hasn't been done yet, symptoms, treatments, other suggestions, and so forth. Try to keep this information clear, concise, and organized the best you can. This will help Dr. Papp review the information to the best of her abilities and in a timely matter.
Please, understand that any additional or lengthy time for follow ups, other professional/clinical/surgical consultations, research, and so forth, done by Dr. Papp, additional costs may be incured, and will be discussed should it become necessary.
Typically it will take about a week for Dr. Papp to get back to you with initial information, depending on her current work load, emergency cases, etc.

What Information Should I Submit or Will I Need?
Please, summarize all information the best way that you can, including your main objective and question regarding "what to do?". If you have had other Veterinarian's look at your horse/pet, include a summary of those visits and if at all possible, any and all notes, diagnostics/results, x-rays/ultrasounds, bloodwork and so forth should be forwarded to Dr. Papp for review. You will have to contact your Vet(s) and have them send them to:

What If Dr. Papp Has No Advice?
Should Dr. Papp decide you have exhausted all avenues or that she does not have any additional advice or suggestions, your $100 Consultation Fee will be refunded.
